How far along? 27 weeks…coming up on my third trimester!
Total weight gain: Who knows…doctor’s appointment on Friday, I’ll find out then!
Maternity clothes?: Yup, can’t wait to stop wearing pants, maternity pants are awesome, but they get very annoying after awhile. I miss having a zipper!!!
Have you started to show yet: Haha, yes, I feel like “the cautionary whale” at work. People stare at my belly before me, but I like the attention 🙂
Symptoms: Tight back for sure, heating pad works great! Sore muscles when I wake up, tired…
Stretch marks?: No, fingers crossed that stays a no!
Sleep: Yes & no, sleep isn’t the problem, it’s the soreness and the getting up to pee in the middle of the night now…yay…
Best moment this week: Setting up the nursery, we still need a few things, but it’s starting to come together!
Miss Anything? Being able to eat a big meal…small meals for me from here on out.
Movement: Yes, more and more 🙂 she’s most active at night and even in the middle of the night! Watching her bounce around is fun!
Food cravings: Nothing really, chocolate is a big thing now.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Not really, just making sure I drink enough water throughout the day!
Gender: Girl! They make some cute stuff for girls now a days 🙂
Labor Signs: No, at least I don’t think so!
Belly Button in or out? Still in-ish…but pretty weird/flat looking!
Wedding rings on or off? Still on 
Happy or Moody most of the time: Feeling happy, tired, but happy, excited, eager!
Looking forward to: Our next appointment–did my glucose test over the weekend, not sure what the fuss was all about, they have made it so much easier now…I did it in the comfort of my home, jugged it with a straw and then went the 2 feet to the lab and had my blood drawn. Easy Peasy! Let’s hope I pass! (P.S. It tasted like thicker/sweeter orange soda)
We started setting up the nursery this past week and we still have a few things to tackle on our to-do list, one of which is the closet! But instead of going the PINK route, we decided we wanted to stay neutral, (this was going to happen if we were having a boy too). From the beginning we knew the room would always be a green color and when we picked out a dark wood for the floor we knew the crib was either going to be a dark color or white. The dark color looks amazing and with the pop of color from the green & orange rug, it looks so stinking cute!!! (But I’m bias)
1. Crib–Babies R Us
2. Bedding–best find! Made by Carters, purchased at Walmart! ($60 bucks for the skirt, fitted sheet, quilt, & bumpers)
3. Changing Table–we went back and forth on whether to buy a dresser or a changing table, and with the room we don’t have, this will do until she gets bigger. Luckily one of my husband’s co-workers has one for us and with a little paint it will be as good as new!
4. Ikea Rug–a little pop of color!
5. Floating Shelves–Target!
6. Chair–yes a rocking chair would be better, but hubby had purchased an oversized leather chair that will be just perfect!
